The “São Paulo School of Advanced Science on Scenarios and Modelling on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services to Support Human Well-Being” will be held in São Pedro (190 km from São Paulo) from 01 – 15 July 2019. Applications are open until February 28th.
Rather than advancing scientific and methodological development, this School proposes to favor the interface between policy and decision making, so there will be an emphasis on the discussion of real cases. The school is organized into four modules that involve conceptual discussions, challenges, analysis of global studies and national goals in the field of biodiversity and ecosystem services. New MOOC on business-driven sustainable landscape restoration
The European Network for the Advancement of Business and Landscape Education (ENABLE) has created its second MOOC: Business Model Innovation for Sustainable Landscape Restoration. This online course aims to equip learners from environmental, business or other backgrounds with practical tools to advance sustainable and business-driven landscape restoration. In this course, participants are encouraged to take their skills and insights to the next level by going through the business model innovation process.
