Call for Papers: Special Issue “Mapping the Environment”
The international journal Science of the Total Environment is accepting submissions for a special issue on mapping the environment. The aim of this special issue is to publish works that improve our capacity to map all aspects of the environment and find the interdependences and causes of the spatial distribution of the modeled variables. As a novel approach it tries to link all the environmental aspects, for a better understanding of natural and human dimensions of the landscape.

Call for Student Volunteers ACES 2016
The ACES 2016 Conference will take place December 5-9 2016. ACES 2016 is now recruiting student volunteers for various supporting roles including AV Operators, Moderator Assistants and Registration Assistants. Volunteers must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a subject area applicable to Ecosystem Services.
