Dear ESP friends,
We’re half way through 2016 and the year of the next ESP World Conference is approaching fast. For both the ESP World Conference 2017 and the Regional Conferences in 2018, we would like to know if you wish to become involved in organisation.
If you are interested in organising one of the upcoming conferences, please fill out the attached form and send it back to Martine and me before 15 September 2016.
During the Asia Regional Conference in early June we noticed significant interest to hold smaller, intermediate meetings in the region. The ESP executive Committee is very pleased with that enthusiasm and the ESP secretariat is very willing to support these intermediate meetings. Do let us know well in time if you have plans to organise an ESP meeting on a specific topic and/or sub-region so we can make sure it does not clash with our main Conferences.
