EKLIPSE Call for Requests 2/2017
EKLIPSE is developing a European Mechanism to answer requests from policy makers and other societal actors on biodiversity-related issues. EKLIPSE invites proposals for requests from consortia representing policy, research, NGOs or individual applications from policy or other societal actors.
Policy and other societal actors are invited to identify topics or evidence needs relating to biodiversity and ecosystem services and of EU policy relevance, requiring in-depth analysis and a consolidated view from science and other knowledge holders. International training on ES management
The international training on ecosystem management for sustainable development in transboundary areas will take place on 19 – 26 October 2017 at the DMZ Ecotourism Center located in Paju-si, Republic of Korea. This one-week course is jointly organized by ESP Asia Regional Office, Gyeonggi provincial government and Gyeonggi Tourism Organization and this year thirteen participants from Primorsky Krai, Russia will attend the course bringing with their diverse transboundary nature management experiences.
