United States Society for Ecological Economics (USSEE) is launching a free bi-monthly webinar series. The inaugural seminar is titled: Bringing Ecological Economics into Standard Economics Courses and will take place on February 28th, 2018. The purpose of the seminar is sharing methods and resources from experts in the field with USSEE membership.
It will aim at providing knowledge to both academics and practitioners, and to help members to connect to each other through discussion.
The series will begin with a presentation on Wednesday, February 28th, at 1 PM EST (7 PM CET) by John Gowdy about incorporating ecological economics in your natural resource, and environmental economics courses. This webinar follows John’s USSEE blog post on the same topic. This webinar is targeted at anyone interested in learning more about ecological economics with a particular emphasis for faculty and students on how to supplement the content in their current courses. The webinar will include a question and answer / discussion session.
