Ecosystem Services: One Planet, One Health
This year the 5th ESP Europe Conference is taking place in Wageningen, the Netherlands. As the conference theme suggests, we aim to highlight the relevance of the ecosystem services concept for solving global issues, driving transformative change and achieving a healthy planet. The call for sessions is open to proposals on all aspects of (or intersecting with) the ecosystem services concept. To read the full call for sessions and submit a session, click here. The conference will take place on 18-22 November 2024 in Wageningen, the Netherlands. The 5th ESP Europe conference will be an in-person conference to provide an enriching experience that allows attendees to fully immerse themselves in the conference, interact with speakers and engage with other participants in real-time. However, we will explore options to livestream the plenary sessions and possibly other virtual program elements.
The conference will also make a dedicated effort towards empowering young voices. We are committed to enabling high-impact participation of early career researchers. The program will be completed by pre-conference trainings, a conference dinner, and field trips showcasing local landscapes.
